Painters of Oahu provides residential and commercial painting services, including but not limited to interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, pressure washing, coatings, touch-ups, and related services.

Service availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, crew availability, building access, and other operational factors.

Services may be performed by Painters of Oahu or by affiliated licensed service providers operating under our brand and quality standards.

Appointment Bookings

Appointments may be booked online or by phone. Once an appointment is scheduled, a confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate, including property details, scope of work, and access instructions. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect pricing, scheduling, or service delivery.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations, same-day reschedules, or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation or crew reservation fee. In the event of emergencies or last-minute changes, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Pricing & Estimates

All pricing provided prior to service is an estimate based on the visible and disclosed scope of work at the time of evaluation. Final pricing may vary depending on surface conditions, access limitations, material requirements, or additional services requested.

Any work outside the original scope will be communicated and approved before proceeding. We strive to maintain transparent pricing and clear written scopes.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved online payment methods. Invoices must be paid in full within the stated payment terms. Late or unpaid balances may result in work stoppage, late fees, or collection actions.

Warranty & Guarantees

Painters of Oahu offers a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty on covered areas unless otherwise stated in writing.

This warranty covers labor-related defects only and does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear

• Moisture intrusion, leaks, or structural issues

• Mold, mildew, or pre-existing substrate failures

• Damage caused by weather, third parties, misuse, or lack of maintenance

Any modification, misuse, or failure to properly maintain painted surfaces voids the warranty. Warranty claims must be reported promptly and allow reasonable access for inspection and repair.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe and clear access to work areas and disclose any relevant property conditions, including but not limited to hidden damage, lead-based paint, asbestos, water intrusion, or hazardous materials.

Painters of Oahu is not responsible for delays, damages, or additional costs resulting from undisclosed conditions, unsafe environments, or restricted access.

Property Protection & Cleanup

We take reasonable measures to protect surrounding surfaces and maintain a clean worksite. Painting and preparation work may generate dust or temporary disturbance. Final cleanup is limited to areas directly affected by the project.

Subcontractors & Affiliates

Painters of Oahu may utilize licensed subcontractors or affiliated service providers to perform services. All work is coordinated under our standards, processes, and quality controls.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Painters of Oahu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, scheduling delays, weather conditions, or website interruptions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Painters of Oahu website—including text, images, logos, graphics, layouts, and branding—is the property of Painters of Oahu or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
